Oscha Slings

About Oscha: Oscha Slings (pronounced 'O-Sha') produces beautiful, high quality wraps & ring slings. The fabric is woven in the UK and Ireland, and then hand-crafted in Scotland. Oscha is a family business with a strong tradition of artistry & craftsmanship. Custom fabric blends, patterns and colourways are created to make exclusive slings.

The linen for the art and gradation dyed slings is sourced from a traditional manufacturer in Ireland, where it is woven on a famous old loom. Irish linen is amongst the finest in the world, with its finely spun yarn, its softness and strength. It is then hand dyed using high-quality dyes to ensure long- lasting vibrant colour.

Oscha slings can be used to carry your baby from birth onwards. They are highly adjustable, durable and unique. With use, they will gradually soften, becoming almost silky. Your Oscha Sling comes with a handy bag and packs up small to carry with you anywhere: a practical essential for everyday life with your little one!

Finely Woven's Review:
Oscha wraps are available in two categories - the hand dyed 100% Irish linens, and the jacquard weaves, which are available in a range of fibre blends including cotton, linen and silk. Whilst there is a lot of consistency between Oschas of the same design and blend, individual releases can vary. The 100% Irish linen wraps are cool and airy whilst still being very supportive, excellent as a toddler summer wrap. They do require breaking in, and because they have no diagonal stretch, are often preferred by wrappers with some experience.

Oscha wraps are released on a limited edition basis (both individually and in seasonal collections) - stocking times are advertised via the Finely Woven email newsletter and on the Facebook page.
