Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, however, in the event that the order has already shipped, the returns policy as detailed below will apply. A $10 cancellation fee will apply to cancelled orders.
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, and must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging (ie, in as-new condition). Shipping will be at the customer's expense, and the original cost of delivery to you will not be refunded. A $10 restocking charge will apply to returned in-stock items, items purchased under a payment plan or pre-order will forfeit the deposit amount (as per the payment plan and pre-order terms and conditions). Custom orders (ie: where a wrap or carrier is made specifically for you to your specifications) may not be returned or exchanged.
Items may be exchanged for instock goods, pre-orders or a credit note within 14 days of receipt, and must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging (ie, in as-new condition). Shipping of the returned item will be at the customer's expense, and the cost of delivery of the replacement item will be invoiced or deducted from the total amount of the credit note. Custom orders (ie: where a wrap or carrier is made specifically for you to your specifications) may not be returned or exchanged.
In the event of a return due to faulty goods shipping will be at Finely Woven's expense and restocking fees do not apply. Please note that under most circumstances we cannot accept goods for return as faulty after they have been washed and used, so please check over your wrap for any faults prior to use.
It is strongly recommended that goods are returned using registered post services with appropriate insurance as Finely Woven will not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Goods will not be accepted for return or exchange without prior arrangement, please contact us first.
